Network Node Map Positioning Function

Users provide a list of distribution network node addresses (e.g., 500 Tianshan Road).
The location module uses the Baidu API to automatically retrieve locations on Baidu Maps.
If an address cannot be identified by Baidu, it can be manually positioned on the map and added to the address database.
The system calculates the distance between node pairs based on spatial distance, including both map distance and non-linear distance.
